Barbell Movement Standards:
Thruster (115/75)
Overhead Squats (135/95)
Snatch (135 lbs/95 lbs)
Clean & Jerk (185 lbs/125 lbs)
Deadlift (225/155)
Sandbag (150/100 lbs)
Skill proficiency is good to great in C2B Pull Ups, Double Unders, Toes to Bar & HSPUs,
One or more athletes are able to perform high skill movements (i.e. Muscle Ups, Handstand Walks, etc.)

For Fun: (Teams Of 2)
NOTE: This is a non-competitive division designed to give people of all fitness levels the opportunity to take the field in the name of charity. In this division, there are no cash prizes, trophies, etc. This is all in the name of F.U.N. All exercises and movements can be modified.
